HR management models based exclusively on competences have been able to provide good and succesfull management practices over the past 25 years, but  they are now insufficient and it is necessary to keep innovating and investigating new models with higher reponse capacity to the new challenges and needs of people and organizations nowadays

We propose a new model in People´s Leadership based on Talent. An integrated model which conceptualizes human talent’s four dimensions with high impact in people’s performance and contribution and in company’s transformation and profitability.

The achievement of the overall corporate objectives  is measured by the income statement, however, the  efficient management of human resources requires an individual approach.
